Voicemail-to-text Email Gateway Service

Nexiwave's fully automated Voicemail-to-text Email Gateway Service accepts voicemail emails from your voicemail system, transcribes attached audio, inserts the transcript and then delivers the email to your end users. All is done without any coding on your end.

SMTP Relay

Simply configure your system to deliver emails via Nexiwave's 100% standard compliant SMTP service, and we will handle the rest. A single configuration step (Configuration Guide) is required:

• Configure your existing mail server to relay through Nexiwave's SMTP service (a relay over relay).
• Or, configure your application (typically the telephony system that generates voicemail emails) to use Nexiwave's SMTP service for mail delivery.

In both cases, upon receiving an email, Nexiwave will match against your Sub-Accounts list. If matches, Nexiwave will transcribe attached audio, generate a new email based on the transcript and your template (or our general template), and deliver to the designated address. If no audio is attached or email address does not match your Sub-Accounts list, the email will simply be forwarded to the designated address as it is and without any cost (relay only).

Custom Address

Voicemail emails can be sent to custom Nexiwave email addresses, with target email address encoded in the user part of the custom email address. Upon receiving an email, Nexiwave will transcribe attached audio, generate a new email based on the transcript and your template (or our general template), rewrite the address and deliver to the designated address.

• Fine control without system level change;
• No coding required;
• Suitable for small/medium size deployment;
