You can add Voicemail Transcription service to Microsoft 365 Organizations in two steps. After configured, Nexiwave will provide Voicemail Transcription service to your organization's Microsoft 365's users.
Features:

- Unified Communication: Works with Unified Communication (Advanced Messaging) feature from all major VoIP platform, such as Avaya IP Office, Cisco Unity Connect, Mitel NuPoint: Any messages read in Microsoft 365/Outlook will be marked as read in your voicemail system (and turn off Messaging Waiting Light on your phone). Any messages deleted in Microsoft 365/Outlook will be deleted in your voicemail system.
- Single Email: Transcribed text is directly inserted into the voicemail email. No extra email to manage.
- Security: Nexiwave communicates with Microsoft 365 using Microsoft Graph API over TLS1.2 only.
License Options
(For Nexiwave Enterprise Customers only)
For Nexiwave Enterprise Customers, the following licensing options are available for your Microsoft365 mailboxes:
- Reserved Licenses: mailboxes listed in the Sub-Accounts page will act as reserved licenses. Nexiwave service will always be enabled for them.
- Floating Licenses: you can purchase a number of licenses and share amoung your mailboxes.
The floating licenses are given out to mailboxes on a first come first serve fashion on a monthly basis.
Please note: reserved licenses will also be used with floating licenses.
For example, suppose your Nexiwave agreement contains 100 floating licenses:
- if there are 0 mailbox listed in the sub-accounts page (eg, 0 reserved licenses), there will be 100 floating licenses available for your mailboxes.
- if there are 10 mailboxes listed in the sub-accounts page (eg, 10 reserved licenses), there will be 90 floating licenses available for the rest other mailboxes.
- if there are 110 mailboxes listed in the sub-accounts page (eg, 110 reserved licenses), no floating licenses will be available for the rest other mailboxes
(and your invoice will be calculated based on 110 mailboxes).
Data Flow
In this configurition, voicemail traffic will flow as: Voicemail System -> Microsoft 365 <-> Nexiwave

How To:
Follow these simple steps to add Voicemail Transcription service to your Microsoft 365 Organization:
- Obtain a Nexiwave account if you haven't already.
- Log into your Nexiwave account.
- Click "Microsoft 365", and then "Sign In with Microsoft":
- You will be forwarded to Microsoft 365 website.
- Log into your Microsoft 365 administrator account:
- Click "Accept" at the permission screen:
- Done
Notes:
- Nexiwave Voicemail Transcription for Microsoft 365 is designed for Microsoft 365 Organizations. Microsoft would only allow an Microsoft 365 Organization Administrator to consent this. If you are not an Microsoft 365 Organization Administrator, you can send the Consent Link to your Microsoft 365 Administrator.
- Currently, only Voicemail Emails from Avaya IP Office, Cisco Unity Connect, Mitel NuPoint are supported. Please contact us if your vendor is not supported.
Full White-Label Support
If you are a Nexiwave reseller with white-label agreement, you will be presented with a white-labelled Microsoft 365 consent link that you can send to your customers' Microsoft 365 administrators. This consent process is fully white-labelled.
- White-Label consent link will be available in your Voicemail Transcription for Microsoft 365 page:
- Copy the white-labelled consent link and send to your customers' Microsoft 365 administrators.
- Microsoft 365 administrators will go through the similiar login and accept permission screens:
- Upon finish, they will be sent to a white-labelled consent result page:
