Occasionally, Microsoft 365 might throttle Nexiwave email deliveries to your Microsoft 365 Organizational mailboxes. Follow these steps to add Nexiwave IP addresses to the explicit allowed-list for email delivery.
Requirements:
You must be the administrator for your Microsoft 365 Organization
How To:
Log into your Microsoft 365 Defender -> EAC Anti-spam page . Log in if necessary
In the Anti-spam policies page, click "Connection filter policy (Default)" -> "Edit connection filter policy":
Add these Nexiwave IP addresses to the Allowed list:

192.186.64.18
192.186.64.25
192.186.64.26
192.186.64.22
216.8.139.125
54.193.69.141
54.208.107.222
72.139.240.93
Click "Save"
