Explicit Allow Nexiwave Emails to your Microsoft 365 Organization

Occasionally, Microsoft 365 might throttle Nexiwave email deliveries to your Microsoft 365 Organizational mailboxes. Follow these steps to add Nexiwave IP addresses to the explicit allowed-list for email delivery.

Requirements:

  • You must be the administrator for your Microsoft 365 Organization

How To:

  1. Log into your Microsoft 365 Defender -> EAC Anti-spam page . Log in if necessary
  2. In the Anti-spam policies page, click "Connection filter policy (Default)" -> "Edit connection filter policy":
  3. Add these Nexiwave IP addresses to the Allowed list:
    • 192.186.64.23
    • 192.186.64.18
    • 192.186.64.25
    • 192.186.64.26
    • 192.186.64.22
    • 216.8.139.125
    • 54.193.69.141
    • 54.208.107.222
    • 72.139.240.93

  4. Click "Save"
