SMS Delivery

  • This is a premium feature. A paid plan is required.
  • SMS delivery currently delivers to US/Canada phone numbers only.

Usage

To request Nexiwave to deliver voicemail transcription as SMS, simply:

  • Enroll the SMS number as "email address" like 'sms@<phone number>' in your "Sub-Accounts" page.
  • Send future voicemail emails to custom email address as 'sms_<phone_number>@nexiwave.com'.

Example

Suppose you want to deliver voicemail transcription to (555) 666-1234. Please do:

  1. Enrol this "email address" as a Sub-Account: sms@5556661234; (You only need to do this once).
  2. Send future voicemail emails to  sms_5556661234@nexiwave.com;
  3. Nexiwave will transcribe and deliver voicemail transcript as SMS to (555) 666-1234;

 

Notes:

  • Due to cost reasons, Nexiwave Enterprise customers require explicit agreement in place for SMS delivery.
