Mitel NuPoint Advanced UM Support

Nexiwave has full support for Mitel NuPoint Advanced UM. Once setup, your NuPoint Voicemail emails will be transcribed by Nexiwave.

Pre-requisites

  • Nexiwave account with enterprise subscription plan.
  • Mitel NuPoint Advanced UM with Microsoft365

Data Flow:

In this configurition, voicemail traffic will flow as: Voicemail System -> Microsoft 365 <-> Nexiwave

All traffic will be encrpyed with industry leading TLS1.3 standard.

Steps:

  1. Configure Mitel Advanced UM with Microsoft365 (if you haven't already).
  2. Log into your Nexiwave account.
  3. Click "Microsoft 365", and then "Sign In with Microsoft":

  4. You will be forwarded to Microsoft 365 website.
  5. Log into your Microsoft 365 administrator account:

  6. Click "Accept" at the permission screen:
